Start with what your website needs to do

Good websites start with clear decisions. We bring your goals, content and page structure together before turning them into a bitbybit website.

01 / Define

First, understand the job

Who is the website for? What should visitors understand? What should they do next? We start with those questions and look at what your current website already does well.

Your priorities become a proposed scope: the pages, content, functionality and decisions needed to move forward. Budget and timing are part of that conversation.

02 / Structure

Give every page a purpose

We map the navigation and the content each page needs. Headings, text, images and calls to action get a place in the structure.

We also agree who supplies the text, photography and brand assets. Existing material can be a starting point, and any additional content work belongs in the proposal.

03 / Build

Bring the website together

We configure the selected bitbybit blocks, apply the agreed branding and connect the website to its content editor.

You review the website against the agreed scope. We use that feedback to resolve the remaining content and presentation decisions before launch.

04 / Launch

Prepare for the first day online

Before launch, we review the agreed pages, navigation, forms and display across screen sizes. The launch plan also covers the domain, hosting and any required configuration.

We agree how you will manage content after launch and what handover you need. Maintenance, updates and further development are defined separately in the project agreement.

Your investment

One build price. Clear ongoing costs.

You pay once for the design, build and bitbybit setup. Extra pages or custom functionality are quoted before the work begins.

After launch, our standard recommendation is Website care: hosting and technical bitbybit updates, shown together as one monthly total in your proposal. The breakdown remains visible, so you know what each part costs.

You can update your own text and images. If you would rather send those changes to us, Content updates is available on request. See the Pricing page for the full structure.

You do not need a finished brief

A description of your business and what you want to improve is enough to start the conversation.
