Pay once for the build. Plan ahead for care.

Your build quote covers the agreed pages, website branding, selected content blocks and bitbybit configuration. It also sets out who supplies and enters the initial content, the review rounds and the launch work.

The starting price applies to a defined website scope. Extra pages, integrations or functionality are quoted separately before you commit to them.

Website care brings two ongoing costs together: hosting your website and the CMS update plan for technical updates to bitbybit. Your proposal shows the monthly total and the price of each part.

The CMS update plan is the technical licence. It covers the updates agreed for your site. Your proposal states which updates are included and how testing and deployment are handled.

Website care is our standard recommendation. Its fees and contract terms are set out before you decide. Text and image changes by the studio belong to the optional Content updates service.

You can change your own text, images and links in the configured editor.

If you would like us to make those changes, request Content updates as a second step. We agree the requested work, the fee and whether it is a single request or an ongoing arrangement. New design work and functionality are quoted separately.

Your proposal shows the one-time build price, the monthly Website care total and any requested Content updates. It also states the applicable tax treatment, external service fees and contract terms.
